Overview
eyevip is an event management platform for organisations that invite guests to customer events, conferences, internal events and webinars. It covers guest lists, email invitations and landing pages built with an editor, registration forms, event series, tickets with QR codes, a check-in app for iOS and Android, virtual events and reporting. Single sign-on via ADFS, OAuth 2.0 or OpenID is supported for staff accounts.
eyevip states that customer data is stored encrypted in two geo-redundant data centres in Switzerland, operated by Interxion (Digital Realty) in Glattbrugg and Equinix in Oberengstringen; it does not say who runs the servers there. An EU server is offered on request, and an Enterprise edition can be delivered as a container for operation on the customer’s own Kubernetes or OpenShift platform. The website uses US services such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
Plans are priced in CHF and tiered by the number of invitations per year and users, starting at CHF 99 per month for 500 invitations, plus a one-off setup and onboarding fee. Subscriptions run for twelve months.
