In July 2025 Beekeeper and the French intranet software company LumApps agreed to combine in a deal backed by the UK private equity firm Bridgepoint; LumApps remains majority owned by funds managed by Bridgepoint. LumApps now presents Beekeeper as part of LumApps, and LumApps CEO Sébastien Ricard was entered on Beekeeper AG's board in November 2025.
