Overview
Sherpany is a meeting management platform for boards of directors, executive committees and other formal leadership meetings. It covers agenda building, distribution of meeting documents (available online and offline), private notes, minutes with approval workflows, digital circular resolutions and voting, and tracking of tasks and decisions. It integrates with Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams and offers e-signing for approved minutes.
