Overview
Fabasoft OneGov is a records and case management system (GEVER) for Swiss cantons, cities, municipalities and organisations close to the public sector, such as associations, church communities and universities. It covers digital files and dossiers, processes from co-reporting procedures to council decisions, a BPMN 2.0 editor for workflows, versioning with a full audit trail, archiving, and AI features that triage incoming mail, assign documents and translate them. Login is supported through AGOV and the Swiss e-ID.
The product continues the OneGov GEVER solution of the Bern company 4teamwork, which merged with Fabasoft’s Swiss subsidiary in 2022. Fabasoft states that OneGov is developed in Bern and runs on its PROCECO cloud platform in two redundant Swiss data centres, with attestations including BSI C5, ISO 27001 and 27018, ISAE 3402 Type 2 and the EU Cloud Code of Conduct.
Fabasoft Schweiz AG is majority-owned by Fabasoft AG in Linz, Austria. Prices are not published.
