Overview
The BSI Customer Suite is a CRM and customer-experience platform for large organisations, with industry versions for banking, insurance and health, retail, and energy and utilities. It combines customer relationship management, marketing automation and customer engagement, a customer data platform, analytics, an integration platform and AI features, including a choice of more than 70 AI models. Customers include Swiss banks such as Raiffeisen, Zürcher Kantonalbank and PostFinance.
The suite is offered as a cloud service (SaaS). BSI states that customer data is processed only in certified data centres in Switzerland or Germany, without US cloud services, and that customers can choose the underlying cloud provider; the providers themselves are not named. BSI holds an ISO/IEC 27001 certificate covering its Swiss and German sites and states that its cloud service is audited annually under ISAE 3402 Type II.
BSI was founded in Baden in 1996 and has offices in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy. It is majority-owned by funds advised by the German investor Bregal Unternehmerkapital; founders, management and employees have kept a stake. Pricing is not published, and the product is aimed at enterprise projects rather than small businesses.
