Overview
Netfolio CRM is a customer relationship management tool for asset managers. It records relationships between contracting parties, beneficial owners and other contacts, keeps a journal whose entries lock after a set period, and manages tasks and recurring workflows. KYC data is captured by person type with a risk assessment for higher-risk business relationships, and documents can be uploaded manually or imported through bank interfaces. Reports support regulatory audits.
The CRM can be used on its own or together with the other Netfolio modules from Alphasys, including a portfolio management system, a MiFIR reporting interface and a reporting module. Alphasys is a founding member of the OpenWealth Association and connects banks through the OpenWealth standard and the bLink platform of SIX.
Netfolio runs in the browser. Alphasys says the software is operated by its IT partner exxo entirely in Switzerland, and customers can also host the data themselves. Prices are not published.

Alphasys states that it is wholly owned by its founders and management and has not taken outside investors. The shareholders of the AG are not published. In October 2026 Lukas Bachmann and Rafael Umbricht, both Swiss citizens resident in the canton of Zurich, were entered in the commercial register as board members.
