Overview
InvestGlass is a client relationship management platform aimed at banks, private banks, wealth managers, brokers, insurers and other regulated organisations. Besides CRM pipelines and contact management, it combines digital client onboarding with KYC, OCR and liveness checks, FATCA/CRS and AML tools, e-signatures, email and SMS campaigns, a client portal and a portfolio management system with model portfolios and risk monitoring. AI features suggest next steps to relationship managers.
The platform is offered as a cloud service hosted in Switzerland or, in the Enterprise plan, as an on-premise installation. InvestGlass presents the product as a Swiss-hosted alternative to large CRM suites from Salesforce and Microsoft and connects to other systems through an API.
InvestGlass SA was founded in Geneva in 2014. In a job posting on its website it lists Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Belgium as its sales markets. Plans are priced per user and month in CHF. The privacy policy that names the hosting providers has not been revised since 2019.
